I love red. Especially red furnishings. I also love polka dots (and stripes). I seriously love this red polka dot blind. It packs a punch against the white walls and bed.

Coffee table knick-knacks

I pulled this image out of an old Aust Home Beautiful some time ago (Sept 2008). It is the lounge of Fiona Kate (click here for details) who runs a fun storage box website.

I love the red and white cushions and throw (anyone who knows me, knows how much I love red and white striped cushions) and the mismatch of frames in the background. 
Best of all I adore the playfull nutcracker toy soldiers on her coffee table.
Who said coffee table objects had to be serious.
