1940's Elkins Loop Chair

I have been really hanging out to paint chairs.

I had been redrawing chairs and toying with swatches on the computer in Illustrator but it didn't feel like the real thing - sometimes Adobe Illustrator really lets you cheat. Don't get me wrong. They looked awesome but I really wanted to put brush to paper on these ones. I think I will get better the more I do however to start off the first of many I chose the lovely 1940s Elkins Loop Chair. I have this thing for 1940's furniture.
